No Valid Form of ID

If the client does not have a valid form of ID (expired), please see what is needed below. Attach this document to the client packet when submitting. 


- When there is NOT a POA acting on behalf of the client, provide a letter that indicates the following information:
       1. Reason why there is no valid ID.
       2. How long the advisor has known the client.
       3. The letter signed by the advisor.

 

- When there is a POA acting on behalf of the client, provide a letter that indicates the following information: 
      1. Reason why there is no valid ID.
      2. How long the advisor has known the client.
      3. The relationship of the POA to the client.
      4. Why the POA was appointed to the account (medical reasons, etc).
      5. The letter needs to be signed by the Advisor..
