Transition Cases - Uploading Client Packet

This article is to be used when you are transitioning your book of business to Mutual and you have been working with the Transitions team. The cases will already be created under the primary point of contact's log in for the transition. Use the below steps to upload the completed signed client packet.   1. Log into the Evolve portal (Instructions attached). 
  2. On the Home Page, choose My Cases. 
  3. Click on My On Hold Cases. The Transition cases will have the status as On Hold - Waiting on Client Packet. You can search for the client's last name on the top search bar and choose the case that you have the completed client packet for. 
  4. If you are not locating a transition case, please contact the transition team inquiring why that may be. 
  5. Click on Reply (snippet below says Edit Draft), enter a simple message in the description box, attach the completed client packet by choosing Attach a File and hit SEND. 
  6. The Transition case will go directly to the Transition team and will communicate within the case if there are any NIGO items. The status of the case will change and if all is IGO for the paperwork review, the case will list Closed. 
  7. Weekly tracking transition spreadsheets will be sent in the Evolve portal as a recurring case and located under My Closed Cases labeled as Updated Spreadsheet.
