Effective, September 30, 2024, Talcott will require the attached written authorization to be on file from the contract owner before Mutual will be permitted to request any transactions on behalf of the contract owner. This includes reallocations, subaccount transfers, etc. They will require the forms by September 27, 2024 in order to ensure the client’s service is not interrupted.

You will be able to pull a list of your clients with Talcott accounts in Orion under the Portfolio Audit - Accounts tab.
