Product Company Communications

Product Company Communications

On a daily basis, Mutual Securities receives physical mail and email notifications from product companies. Examples can range from quarterly statements being available to confirmation of a client transfer or an excess withdrawal violation.

Cases are created and sent to the primary contact(s) that your firm has designated for communications. Please create a case if you ever need to update these designated contacts.

These communications will be one of two categories: For Your Information Only or Action Needed.

Please make sure all items are reviewed, and any calls to action needed by your firm or your client are completed.

Advisors will need to reach out to their clients should any action be necessary based on any of the communications that Mutual has received. The Mutual Evolve team typically does not interact with end clients directly without discussing the situation with the advisors first and would typically require the advisor to be a party to the call.
