Evolve Guidelines - Working with Mutual
How do we (the RIA) get in touch with
the
Mutual Evolve team?
Answer: Please go to https://evolve.mutual.group and sign into the Evolve
Client Portal. You can submit cases directly to the Mutual Evolve team. If
needed, the Mutual Evolve team can be reached by phone at 805-702-7222. Voicemails left for the Mutual Evolve
team are converted into cases in the Evolve Client Portal and will be responded
to accordingly. Mutual can also be reached via email at evovle@mutual.group, however, emails lose
priority to cases submitted through the Portal and do not have the same
response times.
How do we (the RIA) troubleshoot issues with the Evolve Client Portal?
Answer: Contact a
member of your team that has Evolve Client Portal access to submit a case on
your behalf or email us and we’ll prioritize your issue. If no one on your team
has established Portal access, please contact our Technology Team at support@mutual.group.
